Question about nausea

We all know that LSA-containg seeds can have some pretty heavy side effects. I remember reading somewhere that the nausea can be reduced by taking an antihistamine tablet before tripping. It seems like a simple thing to do, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere in this forum, so I'm unsure of whether it would work.

Any swims out there tried this?
