would this get the waxy stuff out of concerta powder

If some random guy decided to crush up a concerta and put it in some water, would the methylphenidate dissolve into the water and leave the waxy crap behind. then pour the water through a coffee filter and have just water and methylphenidate.
Swim wants to know because only concerta is available to him at the moment, but he doesn't want any time release stuff in it like the wax.

Would this extraction work or would the methylphenidate not dissolve into the water?

The outer coating should dissolve, but it is only 22% of the methylphenidate in the pill.

So then that 22% will be absorbed quicker than just popping the pill right? SWIM has cut them in half and dropped but just isnt enough. He's just beginning to experience amps but knows there has to be a better way to consume these concerta. Whats a safe dose? SWIM consumed 72 mg one pill normally and one split in half. Should he up the dose or start lookin for adderall? the latter seems to make more sense to SWIM.

1.)put pills in denim or other tough material
2.)beat them with a hammer
3.)eat wrapped up in toilet paper.

if there crumbled up enough the time release shouldent be *much of a problem. preloading with something to basify (tums baking soda etc)ones stomach will increase absorption.
