Better Euphoria Pill Than Adderall??

Is there a better legal euphoria pill than adderall?? SWIM likes adderall for studying/euphoria but wonder if there's anything better??

The closest thing SWIY is probably going to get legally to any sort of amphetamine is ephedra/epherdine. SWIY will find it has similar stimulant effects.

Swim has found that amphetamine drugs used for ADHD that only contain Dextroamphetamine are much better for a euphoric upper high compared to adderal. Swim is pretty sure its because Dextrostats and dexedrine are only one type where adderal has four types of amphetamine. If you're looking for euphoria it lies in the straight dextroamphetamine.

Is methylphenidate not illegal to posses without prescription where SWIY is from? The other ADHD drug desoxyephedrine (methamphetamine) is illegal as we all know.

Swim finds that dexmethylphendiate produces enjoyable euphoria when insufflated, much more so than adderall. He gets bad side effects from methylphenidate, but no problems with the d-isomer.

Desoxyephedrine is another name for methamphetamine, its just a name the unethical pharmaceutical companies use to cover up what it really is. SWIY was asking for a legal pill that was better than Adderall. Although Dextroamphetamine and methamphetamine are likely to produce a better euphoria than Adderall (which is a racemic mix, of the the two stereoisomers, levo and dextro or left and right), they are both very much illegal in most countries.

The only legal alternative I can think of is ephedrine, on its own. It is similar in structure to amphetamines, though this may be a controlled precusor aswell.

Ephedra (which is available at chinese herbal remedy shops) has an uplifting stimulant effect.

Another important consideration is whether the OP meant 'legal' in the sense that it is easily available like OTC meds or 'legal' in that it can be obtained as a prescription medication, in which case the d-isomer of methamphetamine is sold as Desoxyn to treat ADHD, weight loss, and narcolepsy, though it can be very hard to obtain. The definition of legality in this context makes a huge difference to what can be suggested.

SWIM would guess that desoxyn is euphoric since it is Methamphetamine, but the doses perscribed are very small relative to recreational levels. SWIM believes that desoxyn comes in 5mg pills. SWIM has found that using recreational meth that it is not that uncommon to blow through a ball in a night or over a weekend. SWIM says that for comparison that is 3.75 grams.

The reason Dexedrine (dextroamphetamine) is more eurphoric than the racemic mixture (adderall) is because the 'D' isomer is a much more active one.

Anecdotal reports seem to suggest that those who get d-methamphetamine for ADHD aren't likely to abuse it, and I believe some of the scientific literature also supports this assertion. Your statement would better read, "Desoxyn would be very hard to obtain, because it has methamphetamine in the name even though it isn't quite the same as the commonly used variety and is used in a medical context". Well, that doesn't read much better, but it makes more sense.

If you are looking to get it for euphoria purposes though I would just stay away. Focalin produces excellent euphoria for swim (adderall gives him jack shit), but if he were prescribed it he probably wouldn't use it for that purpose, as its too useful therapeutically. For a true "better euphoria pill than adderall" I'd say MDMA or MDA tablets would be the obvious answer, but it all depends on what you are looking for.

SWIMF sells Dexedrine sometimes, he knows a few idiots who rag on him about how Dexedrine/Dextrostat doesn't work as well as Adderall RX (They crush up their beads and snort it, and they prefer it over the 10mg pressed tablets of straight d-amphetamine...) does. SWIM guesses it's just a matter of bad taste but SWIM keeps telling SWIMF to tell them that they are just getting off on the peripheral side effects.

SWIM has a prescription to 180 10mg Dextrostat tablets a month, and when SWIM takes an amphetamine, he is looking for the dopagenic effect, not bruxism or palpitations. A lot of people take these side effects as a sign that the drug is working better, it really isn't it's just placebo. D-Amphetamine > D,L-Amphetamine racemic mixture any day.

Not at all. In Europe amphetamine sulphate, a racemic mixture of the the two stereoisomers (levo and dextro) doesn't really make a difference. The dextro isomer is a more active one though.

Think about Adderall (racemic amphetamine), does one feel euphoria from that.

Yes Swim agrees;

Swim is prescribed this for ADHD and must admit it brought him out of a deep dark mind-abyss that could not help him with over the course of 10 other meds.

Two of which were heavy duty schizo-drugs. (he is not schizo).

And that's another story. (mind-body seperation) "Freaky"!

However I believe there might be a limiting factor on the neurological receptor sights due to a competeing characteristic of the two isomers.

The Levo isomer being less euphoric than the dextro isomer.

Thereby occupying those sites as 'squaters' and, un-enabling the dextro isomers to enter.

Currently the Dr. Mind Meld; has upped SWIM on a higher dose, but has suggested the use of Dextro next time around.

So therewith, my question.

SWIM told him that adderall seems to start to work; then rather quickly, it drops off as if it seems to cancel itself out.

Swim takes 30mg twice a day.

These results are not cumliative; but rather, have been evident from day one.

Swim is wondering what the point of adderal is, if it makes you feel your thought process stalls at that level and one is just ambivelant to other thoughts?

Use the generic names, it avoids confusion. What SWIY describes as "Dextrostat" is probably dexoamphetamine. Adderall, is a racemic mixture of the two stereoisomers levo and dextro. The dextro isomer is a much more active one, thus giving more eurphoric feelings.
