Berlin,Praha and Budapest

Is there anyone here from one of those cities,or anyone who knows the drug culture around these cities?

I haven't been there. Anyway, this is what I heard.

Berlin: You can posses upto 30g grass without problem, you can also smoke it openly.

In Praha everyone smokes grass and the place is full of cheap acid.

50% of porn movies are made in Budapest. Maybe this city doesn't have more drugs than other cities. But there are big festivals.

Guess someone can confirm my posts soon. I don't know much, but that is all I am told. ^^

There was a proposed legislation to permit possession of up to 15 grams of cannabis "for personal use" and was backed by the overwhelming majority of lawmakers in the city council chambers. I don't know what is happening currently, but I doubt it is ok to smoke openly. One could still face arrest for possesion there is no doubt about that.

Lupus, the long arm of the law forum here, I assume its here because the thread quickly turned to discussing the legal status of substances in thse locations but it could as you say be in culture. However, although there is a coffeee shop review on this forum, this is specifically discussing legal activities, if anyone is enquiring about sources for illegal ones as seems apparent here then that is against the rules whether it is posted or PM. I don't want sources.But I wanted some drug geography from these cities.
I could make one of the city I live in:

São Paulo
You can get drugs anywhere.
LSD and xtc and cocaine : Vila Madalena (bohemian) = best quality,but high prices[the low prices are on the favelas]
Marijuana : better to get outside the big city.If the low-quality favela mj is the one desired,just ask for the nearest favela.They may probably have some lsd,xtc,crack and coke aswell(mainly of low-qualities).

some hotspots other then VMadalena:
-Praça da República
-Praça Benedito Calixto
-Heliópolis (the biggest favela around here)
-Zona Leste
-Rua Augusta
-Avenida Bela Cintra
-Avenida da Consolação



I would also request some headshop addresses/webpages.This is because I don't speak any of these languages.
