i was just wondering about the models on the cigarettes and coke diet.
i mean it's not just for the job u know... i love my addiction to the bones and it was a part of me before modeling wasbut i'd love to hear from any of you guys who understand the beautifully tragic world of "upkeep"
please share tips and harm reduction info on cocaine use eating / diets / eating habits / foods to eat on cocaine
If you do it often enough, it's definitely fat too (take it from me, I've watched my waistline shrink). Tweaking burns up a lot of calories (plus you end up eating much less) and those calories come off of everywhere... fat & muscle. I agree it isn't a good weight loss method, but it can be effective for some people I guess.
SWIM has several times started a roll on cola with a nearly empty cupboard/refrigerator. Each time he has bitterly regretted the experience, despite the fact that cola discourages appetite. Here are some suggestions from SWIM for essential food items to have around when cola is present:
* Dairy products (yoghurt, milk, chocolate milk, cheese, cottage cheese)
* Lunch Meats/Deli Meats
* Vitamin tablet(s)
* Optional -- Slimfast Optima or other energy/protein/liquid meal type drinks, or energy bars.
* Optional -- Tuna fish (hard to get down, but extremely high in protein)
The body needs a source of energy when doing cola, even though it may be difficult to eat. This energy best comes from protein, secondarily from fats/complex carbs. Simple carbs (sugar, etc) is the worst crap and will deliver a 5 minute burst of energy followed by a really shitty low that can even spoil a cola high. Avoid candy & such if at all possible.
The body also needs to maintain its electrolyte balance (cola dehydrates & disrupts this balance), and to do this needs sources of sodium, potassium and calcium. Lots of liquids along with this. Ice water or diet pop goes well with cola, if you can avoid the demon alcohol.
Yoghurt (plain or with fruit) is a great food while using cola, and easy to get down. So are bananas. So is deli lunch meat. So is cheese. So is milk. Try all of the above!
Wolf down a full packet of deli lunch meat while doing cola, and you will be rewarded with a feeling of energy surging back into your body!
*Load* on protein while rolling. This is your primary source of energy. There's almost no such thing as too much.
Supply your body with energy, and it will reward you by functioning properly. Start with an empty cupboard, and you may get to enjoy muscle spasms/cramps, heart palpitations, extreme fatigue/weakness and just a lot less fun while partying. Remember to stock up beforehand, even if you have to put off that first line for a half hour trip to the grocery store. Forget the chips/dips/crap, they do almost nothing for you while on cola. Oh, and try not to drink alcohol if you can avoid it. Unless you really gotta. Cocaethylene sucks. So does dehydration.
Bottom line -- don't save all the eating for after the comedown. Eat what goes down easy during as well, and enjoy a better and healthier trip to the slopes.

Also, bananas are really good at preventing muscle cramps(potassium),
and it's very easy on a long roll to have muscle cramping...
Some other things to keep around:
Childrens Aspirin....Take one every couple of hours to thin you blood and make it easier on your ticker.
Saline nose spray with aloe vera and menthol....look for the one with
aloe and menthol..it helps alot and you're much less likely to be
tearing with nose pain when you come down. Do not get the kind with drugs in it...look for drug free.
Cough Drops with menthol: not only will they help your throat with bad
drip on a bad cut but they also tend to help your nasal passages too.
Gum: so you don't grind your teeth down to nubbs
Mouth Wash: When you get dry mouth tooth decay happens much quicker be sure to rinse every hour or so if possible
And I find protein shakes to be the best drink...easy to get down and they keep your energy levels up

SWIM doesn't think a children's aspirin (81mg) is enough to thin the blood much... OTOH, a full adult aspirin seems like it could encourage strokes/nosebleeds. So he takes half an adult aspirin every few hours. Is that anal, or what?

It maybe not enough for everyone...but if SWIM's feet are numb and he
takes a childrens aspirin...he usually gets feeling back with 5
minutes(chewable kind) so it probably thins it enough
Ok I know its hard to have an appettite but what are some good things you can eat while doin lines? swim can never hold nething down but always wants to eat. Pop seems to upset the stomach water is ok but swim feels a little bloated and always wanting to burp. Any light food suggestions? Something that will ease the stomach turning
Something to ease? Yes! Put away the coke and eat. Or end up looking like a semi-survivor of Dacau. No drug is worth turning into a skeleton over. Toss the coke, eat some food, and read a book or something. If you have no self-discipline, then doing coke is definetly not for you. For the sake of your life - listen.
I think he was leaning to a hypothetical situation where you are a daily user. Daily users of coke meth/amphetamines really end up not gettin nearly enough nutrition because they barely eat if at all. If that is the case then the only solution (unless you have a deathwish), is to kick the habit or tone it down to very moderate use. At least thats what im getting from nagognog's post. Anyway, SWIM does dextroamphetamine probly around once a week, even for that 1 day he forces himself to eat. He finds the easiest things to eat are fruit and vegetables (meat and bread and stuff are harder) He always makes sure he drinks lots of milk too, then again drinking on it isnt any trouble for him just eating can be at times.
Try to eat things at which you don't have to chew much. Chewing needs saliva, and that isn't really a thing you have loads of while tripping on stimulants / coke.
Try milk, vitamine drinks and other drinks that can serve as a breakfast meal or such. This way you feed yourself and you don't have a stomach ache later on because you didn't eat. Also, when having trouble with jaw clenching, try some magnesium products (nuts, spinach, grain, peanut butter or magnesium pills), but don't expect too much of it... it didn't work at me last time
SWIM drinks a concoction of 3 cups water, the juice of a whole lemon, 4 tablespoons of maple syrup and 3-4 dashes of cayenne pepper. I know this sounds repulsive (and it is), but you will have a way easier come down and lots of energy the next day. This mixture is a proven cure for all sorts of things from malnutrition to hangovers. It has everything the body needs to sustain itself. People who drink this 3 times a day use it as a meal replacment as well as a power cleanser, so watch out and make sure you're not too far from a bathroom!
When swim does yayo he still gets hungry but cant force down food, like he gags whenever food begins to enter his mouth. It's a huge challenge just to force down half a banana. Anyone else get this? because i read that cocaine suppresses hunger but i find that it doesn't, it just prevents me from eating, hunger pains are still there. Any suggestions on what might be easy to get down?
SWIM usually does eat beforehand, but lately (stopped use for a good 2 months and just restarted) i dunno, he's just never hungry except in the morning, even in school at lunch, coca only done after school, comedown is too difficult to deal with while in class. Maybe it aint hunger? could it just be that SWIM is doin too much because of how much he was using when he stopped? (plus its like 10x better quality )
You had the right idea with the banana, moist foods are the key. Try canned ravioli, their bite sized and the pasta stays with you for quite awhile. It doesn't take much to satisfy your hunger. Any food that has sauce incorporated into it seems to work the best, it doesn't turn to ash in your mouth. Next time your in the grocery store look around and see what follows your taste, that way your thinking ahead for next time.
This sort of thing is so much more important than telling people how bad drugs are for them. I doubt there is anyone who doesn't know the potential dangers of using drugs, cocaine or other, but I'd be surprised if more than 1 in 10 people knew the sort of things that are mentioned in this thread and others with regards to harm reduction.
The fact is, millions of people take drugs, and will continue to take drugs no matter how many times you tell them how much damage they cause/could cause. If as much effort was put into telling people about how to lessen the damage that drugs can cause as is put into telling them about the dangers then I would say with some certainty that the number of drug related deaths would dramatically fall. When I hear stories about people dying when drinking too much water while on ecstasy it makes me so mad that the person was not educated on how to make the drug safer.
As a suggestion, I would say that this thread should be merged with other harm reduction threads and then stickied, SWIM will certainly be taking some of the advice given when he next rolls.

swim has discovered that there are a few additional things that help with the cola binge. Swim discovered these by having ADHD and being treated with dexamphetamine for some time to lift dopamine levels, nothing swim has experienced in western medicine lifts dopamine as fast and as high as cocaine but all these stimulant drugs burn the dopamine up swim thinks, just coke burns it up real fast and reduces the hunger mediated urge to replace it (all the stims do this in swims experience, but coke is the most potent)
the amino acid l-tyrosine is the direct precurssor of dopamine but needs sufficient magnesium and zinc and B6 to support its enzymatic conversion to dopamine.
many of the foods suggested in previous info are rich in dopamine precurssors hence their effectiveness???, (add to this cocoa or the darkest chocolate swim found) however nowdays magnesium and zinc levels are often very low in soils hence low in foods coming off these soils and food processing often destroys the Vitamin B6 (B6 is rich in bananas and walnut and pecans??).
So you may consider boosting Mg, Zn and Vit B6 artificially with a supplement as recommended by many medical specialists to ADHD people on stimulants as part of their long term treatment. Some fairly hard evidence shows it makes the stimulants work better with less side effects
coke may also burn up norepinephrine and dl-phenylalanine is its amino acid precurssor swim thinks???, Also coke burns up a bit of serotonin as well, so 5HTP and or L-tryptophan or preferably trytophan rich foods may make sense (some quality cheeses and turkey eaten with some carbs??).
It doesnt need to be shoved in the body in a obsessive super abundance all at once but a steady moderately abundant supply over time makes the difference swim has found, and up it when you are binging!.
Swim has found it pays to go at this eating and vitamin mineral pill popping regime steady over months, there is no quick fix or dramatic change to the quality of the coke high. and exercise is also very important to increasing dopamine levels. but swims experience was he use to get nasty comedowns on coke and milder but still bad ones on dexamphetamine medication as well as rapid tolerance build up but that has all gone now with some 6 months ramping up the foods containing all these amino acids, minerals and vitamins etc.
As well as drugs in the racetam group such as Oxiracetam is effective dont ask swim how though??.
As a footnote, you can imagine coke is a popular drug for people that suffer from low dopamine levels (ie ADHD) and if you are addicted to coke it may be worth exploring. Needless to say chewing coca leaf is the best ADHD medication hands down (it makes ritalin and dextroamps seem like a poor substitute).
Swim use to travel to Sth America twice a year and really binge (for the coke is expensive and shit where swim lives) but now on a steady and light ADHD drug regime, swim still goes to these amazing countries and powders his nose but much more moderately and enjoys it much much more, and the complusive 'fuck I absolutely must have a line now!!!!' urge has gone, sure there may be other factors in this beyond diet and dopamine boosting drugs and exercise such as like growing up a bit. but swim hopes this helps someone

SWIM would like to know what SWIY usually eats/drinks after a cocaine binge, I mean to replenish the body, so to speak, like, you read of things to eat to help hangovers, what is the advice for cocaine.

SWIM is going to another festival,(woos!!) SWIM would like to coke up on fri night, sleep, be ok saturday - so would like to know how to achieve this, and coke up again sat night.

what SWIM likes to eat/drink after a binge is to eat some healthy soup, preferably chunky chicken with vegetables just to get the system going again. after about an hour, SWIM's system is back to normal and can eat anything. orange juice is also a plus after the activity.
if SWIY is going to coke up on friday and try to sleep, he/she must try not to do too much!!! (or do it early that friday!) SWIY should do at least half a gram if SWIY wants to achieve snoozing.
