A good piece of basic XTC-use-advice given a lot of topics on this forum would simply be:



"Less is More."

Dosage:
A typical XTC pill contains around 80-160mg of MDMA. Due to the
inconsistency of pill contents it is almost impossible to accurately
gauge how much MDMA is in a pill. In many cases pills contain
other drugs, like DXM or caffeine.



Methods of ingestion:
The most common methods are swallowing and snorting. If you
choose to snort an XTC pill, remember it has binders and other junk
that will not be good for your nose in the long run.


Staying safe:
The only real worrys when taking MDMA are dehydration and
overheating. As a rule, drink at least enough to replace water
you have lost. If you are really worried about overheating
something like a cold water soaked towel work great, and feel pretty
neat as well.

i cannot stress this more


if i take just say 1-2 , i am much more happy than if i hate 4-6. E has a limit and if u go over it the experince wont be as fun.

Because MDMA releases both serotonin and dopeamine inside your brain. These both cause your pupils to dilate as one of their side effects of coursing around your head and body. Remember, your blood is a circulatory system.

I met a sailor who told me back in the 80's he used to be able to get MDMA in a powder form, in much the same way as he could get speed. It was designed to be an injectable and he reckoned it was grouse (great). Has anyone else ever come across MDMA sold like this?

But why do serotonine and dopamine have this side effect of dilating pupils? Serotonine has a lot to do with sleep. Dilated pupils normally have to do with the absense of light. Anyone know more about this?


From my information MDMA is mostly availble on the market as HCL (salt). Does anyone know if it is or was on the market in other forms as well?Edited by: Alfa

yes serotonine hasits role in sleep regulation,but like other neurotransmitters it has a whole range of different functions,most of which are still unknown.And the functions itself are dettermined by conc and numerable other factors.


I may be wrong,but i think the pupil dilatation while high has something to do with your eye pressure and the muscle and nerve pathwaysthat regulate it.Thats why sometimes we cant focus or see well while on mdma,and our pupils dont react accordingly to the light stimulusEdited by: daeron

dam i hate this. it turns my small penis into a micropenis. dammit give me a break. i gurn like a motherfucker. itsterrible. usually more so when ive had about 4 pills + and there not even that enjoyable, i just feel dirty.

does anyone notice that you alway get the bad effects of XTC but not alwasy the good.

e.g. you have one pill, and its shite, but yet your penis is smaller than a 2 year olds nob and you guern and you feel rouch the next day, but you hardly even have a good roll.

I cannot understand why people continue to do drugs when they get such
bad effects. I am allergic to certain foods and caffiene, and get
numerous bad effects from them. Do I continue to eat them?

Its unfortunate that you get such bad effects, mate..

To address some probs:</span>

Penis is smaller than a 2 year olds nob -- Wait til the next day. just dance and have a laugh on the night.

You Gurn -- Eat a gram of magnesium

Feel Rough the next day -- Multivitamins, anti-oxidants and 5-htp.

Hardly have a good roll -- Only do it once every couple of months or so.



And yeah, dont expect to feel good after 4+ or so pills.

Despite penis shrinkage I don't have any problems getting it up and then it's all gogo. As mentioned above magnesium works just fine but you might want to keep some imodium ready, 1g of magnesium n ecstasy down the hatch won't make your stomach too happy.

Also, someone mentioned dehydration. I'll have to mention hyponatremia, severe overhydration. Excessive drinking of fluids. It does involve a lot of drinking though but still something you should keep in the back of your mind. Don't really want any more deathcases involving ecstasy and hyponatremia. Who knows, maybe water will be made illegal!.. If you're paranoid you could always pour some salt in your water. Get a couple of bags off McD's.

Can anyone expand on this and give others, including myself, information on why taking higher amounts of mdma leads to not having 'fun', and at what levels of consumption does this reduction in 'fun' value occur.

Standard dose of MDMA is 120mg. Standard dosage of aspirin is 650mg. Taking 200mg of MDMA for most will result in an anxiety attack. Taking over a gram of aspriin will result in a stomach-ache and bloody stools. Get it?

The more ecstasy you take, the less euphoric the effect of each hit will be: the effect will most likely be more speedy than euphoric.

Well Alfa, it's an American Thang: "If a little's good, then more is better!" Example - Americans buy a car as a rite of passage into adulthood. Then they buy an even bigger car (or SUV). Then they scream when the price of petrol goes up. Same goes for taking drugs. They take an overdose, then blame the drug.

ohh and pure MDMA when made in the lab comes out as a white crystaley powder.. so yes to that question above you can get extacy as a powder.. just more efficient as a pill

One thing I haven't noticed being mentioned is boosting. SWIM used to do about 2-3pillsa weekend. 1st dose was full, then halfs every hour when you start to come down from the peak. Doesn't work forever, but can give you a little extra peak time.


And what about "candy-flipping"? People still doing that? LSD+MDMA. SWIM tried once, but only with half adose of LSD (first time) so not sure of the true synergistic effects. But it used to be pretty popular on some boards I used to read.


And as far as the pupils dialating...I've heard that we naturally do this already. When you're angry or see someone you don't like your pupils contract. When you're extremely happy or see someone you really dig then they dialate. Kind of a built in lie detector ("Of course I love you honey").


Never tried this, but opiates constrict your pupils. Could a proper dose counteract the MDMA dialation? I've heard of people using Kratom eye drops in this way to oppose dilaudid's eye action. Hopefully it wouldn't just knock out the X's effects.


And I have to second the notion you might get something that's not X, even from a trusted source. And there are things that are related that act differently and are passed off as MDMA (like MDA, MDE). Supposedly each has a distinct feeling (MDA more speedy) but since most can't afford to get their pills tested its all a guessing game. But one tool in the guessing game used to be a site called DanceSafe,but I guess it moved to EcstasyData. Unfortunately they have run out of money so pill testing costs more ($110/pill), but you may get lucky and see a pill that looks similar to one you have (standard disclaimer...even if it looks identical, it doesn't mean it has the same content).


And I wanted to mention that I doubt power is a more efficient high, just easier to dose properly (right number of mg) and sell.
