Like a mental strobe light..
Swim has smoked cannabis on and off for the past 4 years. The reason for it being on and off is that swim can't handle it sometimes. As the title says, it feels like a mental strobe light. It seems to have much more of an effect on swim than excessive alcohol or even cocaine.
Swim has spoken to friends about this and they can't really understand what swim is talking about.
