so swim has experienced that whilst under the influence of ecstasy, his senses are often incresed tenfold, including an increased appreciation of music, much more empathy towards others, the irresistable urge to dance etc. all of this seems perfectly normal to him.

however, the taste of tobacco smoke seems almost perfect, and he loves to smoke for hours on end, getting through a good 30 cigarettes a night. he is a social smoker and will smoke in general about 3 a day under normal circumstances. at the time he doesn't think about the dangers of smoking his lungs out, however feels quite scared of the intense amounts of smoke he is inhaling afterwards. after the smoking ban was introduced in the uk this has helped somewhat to calm down the chainsmoking, but he still smokes a lot when he gets home or heads to a party.

does anyone else's swim also get these urges to smoke? are there any ways to avoid smoking so much? he does understand that probably the best advice is to stop smoking altogether, or to just stop being so stupid and not take so many cigarettes out with him when he is rolling.

swim gets this very much so, to a point where swim will have to sit down or else swim will pass out.

SWIM also likes to smoke while under the influence and during his first experiences with E, he went through an entire pack which he found to be quite disgusting. SWIM has rolled 3 times in the past 2months and has not smoked one cigarette while he was rolling, mainly because he didn't feel like one. He found that if he didn't smoke at all, especially during the early stages of the roll, that he simply did not care to have a cigarette. SWIM now prefers to wait a couple of hours into the roll and smoke a nice bowl, it seems to add a nice psychedelic effect!

yeah menthols is generally what swim smokes when on ecstasy. he was raving on saturday and let some others around him take a drag and they were loving it!

but still, i reckon the best thing to do is not take loads of tobacco out, that way not smoking one's lungs to death.

Yeah swim gets this all the time when on e, can't get enough smokes. You could try niccorette chewing gums when you roll, they do genuinly take the urge to smoke off, particuarly if you are only smoking 3 or so a day normally and they would help with the jaw tension aswell, or maybe buy one of those nccorette inhalater things, might do the trick, thats all I can really think of, might be worth a try.

yes yes swim remembers one morning finding hisself on his garage roof with 2 good friends and they had just gone through 5 packs of ciggs (and 3 green "super hyphy" pills each :]) ... in the past hour... one being cloves.. (swim smoked the entire pack of 20...) and each of them had their own pack of camel frosts.. minty without the menthol funkiness. basically swim quit ciggs after that and brushed his teeth for a good half hour 1) because it felt hella good and 2) he couldnt seem to get the cigg taste out... yep swim thinks he permantly killed some lung power then...

Swim would be careful with this. MDMA is heightening your blood pressure, so does cigarettes. One wouldn't be a problem. But chain smoking can be risky. It are both stimulants. Chewing a lot of menthol gum works too for the menthol thing or those Vicks nose sprays. But he heard some bad reactions from the last one -allergic ones-.

Swim is not a smoker and is disgusted by the thought of smoking while sober. But swim loves smoking while on E. As he does not smoke much usually, cigarettes give him headrushes. While on E these headrushes are very intense and weird but swim finds them very enjoyable. When the effect of the E is wearing off, swim finds that the headrushes from the cigarettes brings him up again temporarily. It is not unusual for him to smoke in excess of 20. Quite weird for someone who can't stand smoking while sober.

SWIM found that smoking on E was the most pleasurable thing ever, swim actually stopped smoking but would find it extrememly hard to not hunt out a ciggy halfway through the night. Now smoking is banned in public places here swim finds that the urge to smoke has goe completely and can go the whole night unbothered.

The smoking used to make the next morning far worse, with a cough, bad mucous and very bad dehydration.

Swim is a smoker (normally on 10-20 a day depending how much time is spent with mates, how much he works etc.) and finds smoking when on E is nice, very nice but not required. It is more something to do for him than something that must be done. On other occasions he's smoked no cigarettes all night and hasn't wanted one either. No need for them, but they're nice.

'Menthol cigs whilst rolling? Man, that is the best thing ever! Chain smoking does occur because I suppose the niccotine gives you an extra little high, especially if you don't smoke often. My mates and I often make sure we have 30, just in case. The idea of having a cig is like a little present to yourself. I loved it when a friend said 'Hey! I have the BEST idea. Let's have a ciggy!' Good times!'

Swim gets the urge to smoke weed like a trooper, he could quite happily smoke an ounce or 2 of weed in 1 night on X. Swim doesnt buy that much weed before he takes xtc cos he knows he will smoke it all. Swim dont smoke cigarettes on X though cos of his love for weed.

Swim must have smoked about a quarter of soapbar when he rolled for the first (and only) time. Pretty pointless, as swim's MDMA high greatly overpowered that of the soap.
