Evaporating chems dilluted in alcohol

Hello, SWIM was wondering if it could evaporate it's concentrated mixture of 1g DOC dilluted in 125 ml's of Everclear alcohol, in order to reinorporate the DOC into distilled water, rather than alcohol that evaporates too quickly to be measurable (it's summer). Would this affect the DOC's potency? It's seen other molecules degrade after this, but it might have been because of impurities of the liquid (water).

Please answer this ASAP if you can!
Thanks in advance.
