POLICE TRAFFIC STOP - Drugs seized not properly recorded - No charges possible
Swim didnt ever think he would be pulled over but liscense plate lights were out. UNBELIEVABLE! Swim never gets pulled over. CHP also says swim was speeding? Swim handed over the two morpine pills that were in the center console. He wrote a ticket for swim to show up to court within 30 days.Swim went on his way, STRESSIN! The ticket doesnt say anything about the 2 pills, but should he expect it? Did swim dodge a bullit?
