UK - Mail (2C-n/n-DMT)...-Possession

In the thread http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=37924 (on the same page in the subforum at the moment), bhmoab1 has asked how to reply to an FDA letter about a certain 2C-I package.

However, what if someone has found a foreign supplier and lives in the UK, say he orders 100mg, 500mg or a gram of a similar substance. Say SWIM orders this and they intercept it through somehow knowing whats happening (many diffirent scenarios come into play here).

-If the package was delivered in his name and to his address, is that potentially possession? (SWIM asks, if it is not on his property, nor does he have it on his person, it is simply in a package with his name)... if not, then what happens?... if so, then what happens?

SWIM is very intrigued by the situation
