Drug info - How long do the effects of white widow last?

So a little while ago, swim smoked with some friends and was told it was white widow. However swim felt the effects immediatly and very strongly- swim couldn't stop moving/tapping/talking nonesense for 5 hours after taking a few hits....and felt shaky and super energized a little over 24 hours after...could swim's pot have been laced with something else or do you think it was just really high quality?

Probably just very high in quality.Swim has found that with cannabis the effects do highly vary with quality.

The cannabis high, no matter how much you have SMOKED, should last no longer than 4 hours. As I understand it, unlike alcohol, no matter how much you smoke (within the normal range) the high will be gone within 4 hours. If you eat it then that's a different matter. What may happen is that the after effects are more intense than you are used to because of the amount of cannabinoids you consumed, or that you extended the high by placebo effect - you were higher than you had been before so you thought you must have a) had a lot more than usual or b) smoked laced product. This then may have created a placebo effect where you imagined the high beyond the usual limits.
