Codeine + Tramadol + Herb (Kratom)

Swims hasn't touched H since saturday (6 days ago). And has used 300/200/100/50/25mg tramadol in the first days to easy the wds and specially not to vomit (that is swims most horrible wd effect for him).

Yesterday he took "the emotional pain off" with 390mgs of codeine (320+70). That dose barelly made him feel good and the feel good effect only lasted about 20/30 minutes then following more sedation/easyness.

Today at night he his planing of trying a combo he never tried.

Codeine + Tramadol + Kratom.

He was planning of taking about

250 to 400mgs of codeine + 6-12grs of kratom and 50-300mgs of tramadol.

Have you ever tried this combo? What dosage do you recomend?


PS He his a big guy 1.86m - 90kgs

He couldn't wait and just took a low dose of 6.5grams in capsules (as he never tried caps before, it is only for testing how diffenrent it is with capsules, cause he thinks later today he wouldn't be able to swallow kratom tea or TossNWash.


He his saving some (he has about 30grams of kratom left) for later today.

Maybe it is the lost tolerance, but kratom this time is way more narcotic than last time.

He only used 3 times (this week for wd easing.. and he felt it everytime..), and this time he is getting slight opiated. He tells me his starting to feel kinda of really good, with low euphoria and all.

Last time he took 10grams of Toss and Wash and it barelly took the wd off, only had stimulant effects, this time he had 6.5grams and he is kinda opiated. Kratom is a god send like all plants.
