Health - What Disproves Marijuana = Mental Disorders?

Here is the situation, if swim can convinse his psiciatrist to OK smoking weed, swims parents will spend the money on the cannabis card for christmas.

Ok, this is the bad part... swim has been diagnosed w/ Bi-Polar disorder. Swims psyciatrist thinks that marijuana is bad w/ mental disorders.

Swim wants to prove to her that a) marijuana does not cause mental disorders and does not increase the chances for mental disorders, b) and even if marijuana = disorders, that if I was already bi-polar there would be nothing to worry about anyways sence I already have it.

I know the American Psyciatry Assosiation says marijuana is good to smoke weed all day.
