Re: What drug changed your life the most?

Well, my cat's only done weed and salvia. He says for overall effect weed has done the most, but Sally is his mistress now. She gave him a swift kick and he's changed in how he thinks since meeting her.

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

You know what guys and gals? Swim has a very interesting story to tell you about Salvia. One day swims long time friend called him and told him to come over to his house and take a bong hit of salvia, swim said yay ok ill be there. So swim gets there and takes the bong hit, next thing he knows he comes to consciousness on the couch with the couch pillow over his head Swims friend said that swim was running around frantically around the house attempting to escape Swim had a complete black out, and does not remember what happened. I believe it was very frightening for him, and that is why his brain shut off and protected him by making him black out. Only later did he find out that it was 60x extract!! Never ever smoke 60x unless you are prepared. Swim does not do any Salvia anymore because it is very frightening for him and sometimes even physically painfull. It is not a substance to be taken lightly unless you are just smoking regular leaf.

Easy one! The first time I shot Heroin, I felt as though I was home for the first time. I said to myself, "My God!, I'm Home. And I knew I had just radically changed the course of my life...forever.

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

SWIM would have to say Marijuana and LSD equally, and for the better. Even though the mushroom was SWIM's first psychedelic, SWIM's first cid trip was much more profound and life changing(most likely the dose). And SWIM has to say cannabis too because it was his first drug experience in general and basically propelled his interest in mind molecules/ seeking altered states.

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

A friend told me a 20X Salvia extract rocked his world for the first time. He left his body and was swept up into Sally's arms. She coddled him like a baby.

But then, 5-meo-dmt was pretty profound too. He said he felt he was at the deaths door and felt truly ecstatic.

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

Ketamine cleared my mind completely recently for a few weeks and it helped me think about the world and my life without day to day problems clogging up my thoughts. Along with some significant events it has helped me change my entire out look on life. I feel much happier as a person now, and im sure its made me a better person to.

E, no doubt in the short term. On a daily basis, Bud. Bud made SWIM realise he could walk away, he didnt have to throw the punch. SWIM was a nasty bastard before when he was a beer monster.

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

2C-E was definately life changing. It taught me about the intricate complexity of the material and subconscious universe. It brought me closer to God. It showed me that there are places in my mind that are more creative and profoundly intelligent then I ever could have imagined. Now I am using this chemical to try and bridge the gap between my subconscious and conscious existence. It is proving a very difficult process but through much meditation and research I believe one day I will succeed in enlightenment, at least in some form.

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

Hard to choose between two:

LSD - showed swim how to question everything about reality and our perceptions. Showed swim thoughts and ways of using ones mind one would never had have thought possible, or been able to achieve with out it. It also gave swim focus in the direction his/her lifes goal lay. A real mind opener.

Cannabis - too nice, too easy to do all the time and if it wasn't for it, swim may have actually completed the degree course and progressed to a doctorate ending up with not only a very good wage, but most importantly, earning a living doing what interests swim the most. Although, if it wasn't for cannabis breaking the "I'm being lied to about drugs" barrier, LSD wouldn't have been on the cards.

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

Alcohol. It changed SWIMS life more than any other drug and will continue to change it even more. SWIM doesn't believe any drug can really change his life in any other lasting way apart from it being bad for his health. So that's definitely alcohol.

Even the time when SWIM felt like he'd achieved enlightenment from taking LSD has been forgotton virtually by now. Good old alcohol. As Homer Simpson said: It's the cause and solution to all lifes problems!

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

Oxycodone, in a very negative way. Made SWIM a lying, cheating, thieving bitch.

However, she just tried morning glory seeds quite recently, and while she's still trying to come to terms with what she experienced, she thinks it has and will again change her life. She's thinking in ways she never has before and it's fascinating. She never understood spirituality on any level before. She still doesn't completely and doesn't think she will. But, it will be fun to try

Re: What drug changed your life the most?

Swim "abused" shrooms in a part of his life and it really changed his life is a good way.. it changed his comprehention of the world and his taught on every single particules of the universe.

Swim would say that the drugs that are most likely to change your life are Psychedelic drugs like Mushrooms, LSD, DMT, Ayahuasca, DXM, Hawaiian Baby Woodrose, Salvia. But also swim thinks that the other drug that really changed his mind and perception of the world is MDMA. The close-up and communion it makes between you, others and the world is a wonderful thing to experiment

I understand that it is difficult to put into words exactly what Boozer experienced, especially since he was the one tripping and not you. But at least on the surface, this sounds delusional and does not sound like a good line of thought to pursue. But I may not understand exactly what you mean. I could see how thoughts like this could be valid if Boozer was seeing himself as part of a connected whole, where boundaries are illusory, and what he meant here is that the entire universe is willing itself to become "perfectly shaped". But if you are talking about Uri Geller-style manipulation of matter through supernatural forces then this sounds delusional.

Boozer knows of a couple of persons who died of brain cancer at a young age, and repression of all the shit in their life was something they all had in common.
There is certainly a lot to the notion that repression of negative emotions can cause health problems - but don't think that that's the cause of all health problems. Most illnesses are better explained in other ways, e.g., as random physical events, poor dietary habits, lack of rest, etc.

Every scientist knows this, while they might not have the conscience of it, everything that exists is energy in any form. Life is really easy to understand, every animate and inanimate thing is their own self-styled god and universe. While seemingly inanimate objects can't "think", nature has it's own way of giving it a "conscience" by chemical and physical phenomena. Each of these "gods" have the power to do what it wants but they must know that because they are their own universe their actions will determine what will happen to them. If the "gods" decide to be a good, caring, honest, loving person (like boozer became), then universe will give it back to the divinity. If not, their life will get rotten...

He started to feel like he was in contact with every atom in the universe and that all the energy loved him. He knew he had done something in his universe that will make that everything will be better for everyone he'll be able to come in contact with. He shaped his universe and it's now in the perfect shape...

He then laid down on his bed, knowing that everyday his life will become better. He continue to think about anything, always finding answers to questions...
Now THESE thoughts seem like very important insights to me. Understanding in an experiential way (not just intellectually) that everything in the universe is connected, and that oneself is an integral part of a greater whole are classic and life-changing aspects of the psychedelic experience. Congratulations for having had this experience, and thanks for the writeup.

You mentioned that Boozer had been on kind of a binge with shrooms and other drugs. Tell Boozer to take care of his physical and mental health and spend some time integrating the insights he's had into his life. Mushrooms are not a drug you want to overdo!
