Clindamycin + MDMA

Hi, swim was wondering if anyone knew whether or not antibiotics such as clindamycin inhibit the protease enzyme or not... Is it safe to take with MDMA?

My friend says that if Swiy is on a course of antibiotics to treat infection (research says that Clindamycin is used primarily to treat infections caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria) then it might be wise for Swiy not to consume other drugs as this could affect the antibiotic. My friend tells me he doesn't know the chemical breakdown or anything about inhibiting enzymes for this particular antibiotic, but if he had to chose his health or an MDMA buzz, he'd pick his health.

Well swim has taken penicillin with mdma before and no interactions were present. But he read that taking mdma with antibiotics that inhibit protease is potentially fatal since this is the enzyme that breaks down mdma.. Swim is just wondering if Clindamycin inhibits the enzme or not since google wasn't of much help.
