Because codeine is more water soluble than aspirin and acetaminophen does that mean you can snort pills containing a combination of the three and mostly get the codeine without the risks that taking high doses of aspirin and acetaminophen orally would bring?

No. You see, the aspirin and acetaminophen don't simply dissapear. They are still in your body and still eventually get absorbed, usually from the stomach following the dreaded drip. Besides, one would have to snort an awful lot of pill to get a small amount of codeine and it certainly wouldn't absorb very quickly nasally coz of the sheer amount of other shit that'd be there with it.

No! UTFSE and do a CWE it is the most basic of basic chemistry.

All is needed is the acet/codeine preperation, an container, filter and iced water.

Snorting codeine is pointless anyway. Before codeine can be effective it must be metabolised by the liver, thus snorting is pointless. Injecting can be fatal, due to massive histamine release.

How about if you spat out the drip, therefore not swallowing the acetiminophen etc?

Spitting out the drip would still probably leave you with alot of apap, and as was said you'd have to snort loads and loads of powder. Also codeine isn't effective when snorted at all.
