The Colour of Codeine ?

A guy I met on Mars told me that he does a lot of Codeine by CWEing Atasol-8 pills (ACE, 15mg Caffeine, 8mg Codeine) which are OTC on his planet. He told me that his pills were orange and so the result of the extraction ( the water+caffeine+codeine) is also orange. However one guy from Pluton said that using lab-grade filters, he got an almost clear solution which still contained codeine, which means the extraction was successful. Can anyone explain how lab-grade filters can filter the color ?

Also, he asked me if, while coming to Canada ( which is close to Mars), he could buy any lab-grade filters ? If anyone could give that poor martian a clue about where to get them ?

when swim uses cwe his shits always clear or tinted white, the pills the martian is filtering must have some kinda orange binder that doesnt wanna come out, swim cant help u find lab grade filters though swim uses coffee filters or sometimes thin cotton shirts. a shirt gives one less codeine but itd prolly catch the orange binder. its a real pain in the ass though swim dint have coffee filters one night and read online he could cut a stript of a cotton shirt and filter with it.
