Headaches from shooting heroin!!!

Ahh its 5:45 here where swim is and swims head is throbbing so hard!! Swim just did heroin for the first time yesterday around 3, then swim shot another around 6, then snorted some at 10 and wow swim is feeling like total shit! I took a tyneol and was wondering if you guys know what I could take to help with it?
