Is it dumb to drink milk before drug test?
Is it dumb to drink milk in the morning of a drug test? I heard of milk as an detoxicant.
It could flush things right into urine which will be drug tested, water would not?

Think is Dumb. SWIm never heard of milk being detoxicant, and since she is doing gym long long time, can say that milk is used for Building more than detoxicating.
vitiman C, B-complex, selen , A vitamin and D are the best combination. And WATER
