Question Dose for First Time
SWIM has recently purchased 4 ounces of Amita Muscaria and was wondering what a good starter dose would be? Please help SWIM out. Is there a good way SWIY knows how to eat it?

SWIY has probably found his/her answer by now, but for future reference, the average starter's dose should be no more than 10g. Anywhere between 6g and 8g should give one a pleasant experience and introduction to Amanitas.

What about PANTHERINA doses?

SWIM knows it is impossible to know the potency of each mushroom.

Just divide by 2,5 the amount of MUSCARIA grams SWIY would use?

Haven't seen any sort of information on dosing Panthers. If you really are insistent on trying them, you best go with Shulgin's method of experimentation, start well below safe amounts and slowly increase over time until you get a handle on it.
