Fentanyl and grapefruit juice

SWIM has taken quite a bit of fentanyl; always transmucosaly, but only when SWIM can't get OC's. And his tolerance to OC is getting too high even though he only does opiates every couple months now(and has been doing it this infrequently for over a year now) it takes him 160mg snorted just to get a good nod going.

Anyways....SWIM wants to get a good rush/nod going so this time is he is going to smoke the gel on some foil. But would also like to experiment with potentiating it oraly.

So we all know grapefruit juice inhibits CYP3A4. Which is the main enzyme that breaksdown fentanyl in the intestine. Just wondering if anyone knows somebody who has tried potentiating fentanyl with it.
