Drug laws in Peru
So say if one was to theoretically visit Peru and try to obtain substances that are traditionally pharmaceutically controlled in the US what kind of situation would one face? Is it similar to Mexico where pharmaceutical substance control laws are pretty loose? Swim is particularly wondering about ketamine.
Of course the only reason swim asks is because he wants to lobby his congressman to bomb any nation that isn't fully compliant with the glorious war on drugs.
