Silvers, from SWIM's point of view, are better as there's less paper taste.


Usually discuss music, films, tv shows and SWIM's mate's taste in women. "Why would you do that/her? Rough!" etc.

It really depends on who SWIM is smoking with, but one common occurance that almost happens with a specific friend of his is they'll get into a slowly escalating argument and then right when they're both yelling they'll completely forget why they're arguing and just start laughing. It's usually just a concept or an odd belief too, like literary nuances or mistranslations. SWIM remembers the last one ending with "I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING BUT I'M TALKING ABOUT THE MONETARY POSITORY NOT THE MONETARY NEGATORY ASSHOLE. ...Wait..dude...what the fuck are we arguing about?"

Swim usually likes to spout dumb random stuff. Swim asks the others really stupid and random questions, "whats your favorite color?" "What would you do if you had a tail?" and just mess with them in general.

Especially if theres someone new to the group swim would tend to make them feel as awkward as possible, but not in a bad way that they want to leave, but just so they have no way in anticipating what swim will inquire next.

Toonces usually does not talk on drugs, because she prefers to do them alone and would rather think. When she does get high with others, and that's most often just weed, the conversations are the same as they are sober..discussing everyday things, venturing into deeper topics, cracking jokes. Toonces usually talks about interesting/funny past experiences when she smokes with friends.

SWIM had a few friends who when smoking pot would get into hypothetical arguments which got further and further from sober logic.

"I want a castle so I can shut all you out."
"Well I'll storm your castle with my Nazi army."
"I'll get my Valkyries to defend it."
"I'll send my space dolphins to ally with the Nazis."
"You're ganging up on me, that's not fair!"

Though SWIM has a friend whose father has a PhD in physics and came in when SWIM and friend had just smoked a ton who explained that physics experiments show the possibility that matter doesn't exist and everything just consists of energy vibrating at high enough frequencies. Much more detailed but it blew SWIM's mind.

On psychedelics usually either personal relationships with the world/life, self-analysis or analysis of culture and humanity or discussions about metaphysics.

swim really gets into child hood recollections and seeing how they reflect upon the actions as an adult. And theres the horrid debate of freewill vs determinism which keeps coming up.

that happens to SWIM and his friends when they do LSD. Only it goes on for minutes, and they get way more into it. Its like SWIM and his friends knew eachother in everyone of their past lives and were just reliveing one of them. its insane.

talking about people & swimmers from the forum has been quite enjoyable whilst swimming & yeah of course the stuff on the god science thread is often a topic of heated debate whilst we're heated.

on psychedelics, it's all about how people are too damn greedy, how nature's got everything figgured out, and how much bullshit money is, along with revelations. And possibly politics.
on amphetamines, it's about things like politics, education, and the more physical, opposed to more spiritual things
weed, it's mostly stupid shit. Swim would says something, it would come out completely wrong, and then we'll laugh for an hour about it.
alcohol's a lot like mushrooms, or how drunk swim is.
opiates are normally pretty quite, with some small talk mixed in

When little fishy uses most stimulants with his best friend, him and her usually talk a lot about old times and previous experiences, our lives, science and pretty much any other topic. Their conversations always go off in tangents and they can talk endlessly.

but also we talk about time, space, reality, god, life, death and doritos brand corn chips.

SWIM says he and his friends would talk about many topics but mostly it was politics. SWIM does remember something from a few years back about a couple of people who were pretty high and talking politics. It was when Bush Sr. and Clinton were squaring off. These two people(they were brothers) were debating when things got a bit out of hand. Needless to say one brother stabbed the other one over his political views. SWIM says the funny thing is that both were multiple felons and were not allowed to vote anyhow.

Well when my spider monkey gets high on something that is not a depressant, he usually ends up looking up chemistry / physics equations and begins to talk about them, figuring out what drugs to mix and deducing major faults in the government and organized religion. Most of his friends hate this kind of talk and tell him to be quiet because they can't think very clearly, but it seems like it heightens the little spider monkey's mind.

Although there are a few friends of his that like to engage in these sort of conversations, one recently went to the airforce. He's pretty torn up about that. Spider Monkey misses his SWIM.
