Herbal Nytol (ie: NO Diphenhydramine)
Ok swim has searched all the forums and cant find anything on these, swim isn't even sure if this is in the correct forum but it seems the most likely place to find someone who's tried em. The normal Nytols in the uk contain diphenhydramine but more commonly found are the herbal variety which contain NO diphenhydramine. Swim was wondering if these herbals do have the same sleep inducing effects as the normal ones.
The ingredients are as follows
Each tablet contains: Hops 30mg, Dogwood Jamaica 90mg, dry extract wild lettuce 5=1 54mg, dry extract passiflora 5=1 36mg, dry extract pulsatilla 3=1 15mg.
Anyone tried them or even know of the herbs?
