Poppy Pod Dillemma

Swim is trying to buy some poppy pods the site he is buying them from refers to them as "poppy pods" and the different varieties are turkish, tasmanian, and giganthemum. it doesnt actually say "Papaver Somniferum " tho. Swim is unsure if he is looking at the right kind of pods. they look right in the picture. Swim is not asking for a source, but because they have the right varieties does it mean hes lookin at the right species?
