MAINE LAW:gun/pot/pills/mushrooms?
one of grandmas family members was just caught with 1 1/2 -2+ pounds of shrooms,a gun like 200 -/+ pills mdma 2cb acid pot etc.now most of this stuff besides the pot was for consumption and the gun wasent being transported for drug stuff,it was being moved from one place to another after its purchase,anyways everyone up here has guns. but my question is will they charge him for an unloaded gun? and what would a good guess of his mandatory minimum sentence be in maine?were trying to find out if he should be bailed quickly and given a life long vacation in Mexico.
