Opinions - 5MG Oxycontin quick release. Read please

SWIM bought 2 80MG oxycontins and 3 5MG quick release oxycontin. SWIM only took half of the 80, about 6 hours ago. Would SWIM feel the effects of the 5mg OC if SWIM took it now? SWIM has a VERY HIGH tolerance to pain killers. 4-5 Lortab 10's at a time, 8+ hydrocodones at a time, i mean very high tolerance. SWIM took half an OC80 for his first time 2 weeks ago and had a great buzz lasting 8 hours. This time, i didnt feel it as much. But SWIM had also taken approx 4MG of xanax around 10am, and one methadone around 1:30PM. Could this have counteracted the OC affects?

SWIM doesn't think only 5mg would make that big of a difference to the high.. especially with a high tolerance.

It is very apparent that High tolerance is an individual thing. SWIM would require 3 @ 80mg oc's crushed and jacked for that "good" buzz. And yes, that does suck.

man these fings build up tolerance so quick, swim is from the uk none if very very little oxy on the streets, i do fink the that the docs do prescribe them but only to the really really sick people.

swim managed to get some from the internet and ended up in hospital from a bad o.d only took bout 300mg over 8hours and swim didnt even take the time release off them. but swim did not have any opiate torlerance at all at the time.

so its crazy when i read about oxy on hear people doing 1000mg a day etc they are a very strong drug but crazy that the tolerance builds up so bad and so quick.

yeah thats funny. "High tolerance" Swim remembers the day he too thought 6 10mg norco's a day was a "high tolerance" Who really knows what a high tolerance is? Who writes the tolerance charts of the world? Swim thinks his tolerance is high at 20 roxy 30s/day. Swim can snort 4 oc 80's at a time. But swim is sure that someone out there thinks that 20 30's is funny too.

Tolerance is a funny thing. Some have a broad tolerance, others have a specific tolerance. Here is an example. SWIMs friend jacks quite a lot of H every day (somewhere between 1 and 2gr a day depending on his cash flow) but his tolerance is specific. Even though he can jack that amount in smack a day 2 of those 80's puts him on his ass for some reason. SWIM can take 2 or 3 of the 80's easily and he has not had a needle habit in quite a long time. SWIM has also found that the time release stuff is not just on the outer coating but within the pill itself also determining its rate of solubility etc. The OxyNorms or Oxycodone immediates are just a capsule with the powder inside. In comparison he finds that 16 of those Oxynorm 5's does A LOT more than one 80mg Oxycontin.

Tolerance is most definitely an individual specific thing.

Maybe your friends smack isn't very good or as pure as he thinks. Yeah you're right about the coating on the 80's. Even when you take the coating off, they last a few more hours than IR Oxycodone. You need to be careful if you mix 80's with reg. oxy. If you're used to loading up every 4 hours then you throw the time release in the mix, you can't load up in 4 hours again. Swim learned the hard way, and wondered why he was throwing up in his back yard one night. The time releases do last longer, but in swim's opinion, they don't give the same high that IR oxy dose. They can keep their Oxycontin, Roxycodone is they way to go. Oxycontin keeps you from withdrawl unti you find IR oxycodone.

SWIY dont know what SWIY're talking about. oxycontin doesnt have fast release, SWIY have got something else. the name oxycontin has contin in it because it stands for continuous release.

SWIY doesn't know what they are talking about. SWIhim was talking about IR oxycodone, which does exist, not oxycontin in specific. SWIhim even states how oxycontin keeps you from withdrawal until you find IR oxycodone.

Then why would SWIhim say 3 5mg oxycontin if it was IV. if it was IV oxycodone SWIhim would specify

Dude, I'm pretty sure that the methadone would be responsible for Swiy not getting very high off the oxy. It blocks the effects of other opiates if I'm not wrong. I think Swiy just wasted his oxy.

Um, not to sound bad, but why would a person want to use 'done if they had oxy's???

Perhaps cause it lasts much longer and one can function normally on 'done.
