Cooking anyone know how to make a herbal tea

hi all some one i met down the arcade last night told me how he has give up booze and hes giving up the fags because of a bad chest well the only enjoyment he has now is the odd 2 to 3 pipes of weed a day but because of his chest prob he really shouldnt smoke at all i was wondering if making a weed tea could be the anser but dont know the amount to use or any method to make the tea also thinking of trying a few cakes maybe but again dont know how much to use any help much appreciated
