DMT anally?

What would happen if SWIM was to dissolve 100mg of freebase DMT in warm butter and squirt it up his rectum? Would this work or would SWIM need to convert the DMT into salt form first and dissolve it in water instead? He assumes to conver it, he would simply need to dissolve it into solvent, wash the solvent with ph 4 water, then either use this water for squirting or evaporate the water.
