adderall dosage when having ADD

adderall was actually proscribed for me about 6 months ago, and seems to be helping me focus, as it should. however, I also want to use it for recreaction, and was woundering what the best way of doing that it. I have herd that the options are taking more, and snorting. My question is which one works better, and how much to take. I am taking 25mg every morning as it is. Thanks!

ok, first of all adderall is amphetamine salts (sacharrate, aspartate, phosphate and sulphate), it's not a benzodiazepine, and thus some mod should probably move this.


That said, you have to crush the pills, or if they're capsules, open them up and crush the little beads up. you can snort or swallow it, just beware the taste is NASTY!

sorry i just realized i didn't put any dosages.
First start off with those 25mg crushed and snort em (or swallow them), just make sure you get em all at once not time released and compare the experience to a regular 25mg dose time releaesd. From there increase gradually by 10-20mg, i'd do 40 the next time and see how i felt and if i needed increased or decreased. it's all about taking baby steps, and since you have a legal supply that theoretically wont run out, you have all the time in the world.

I used to know people who woud not take them and wait until they had like three and take them at once. If you have ADD though it is best to used them for what they are ment for.
