Hello Everyone!

This is my first post.

I have a serious question however. My friend enjoys coke as much as the next guy, however he noticed that on occasion he would experience a disturbing occurance. His coke use was typically minimal say 0.5 gram on a Friday or Saturday night every 2-3 weeks, with the maximum dosage being 1+ grams on a very special occasion. The coke high was very enjoyable and lasted up to an hour, sometimes more so he assumed he was getting good shit; also the comedown after wasn't that terrible, in fact the only time he felt bad the next morning was if he got smashed on alchohol while doing coke. The problem was about 2 days after the night of partying, he would awaken in the middle of the night and feel as if he was being electrocuted and experience temporary paralyses but then a few seconds later he was fine. Additionally he would get these migrain like pressure headaches around the same time. These symptoms would occur consistently 48-72 hours after partying.

Has anyone known of anyone using cocaine and experiencing this?

Re: Hello Everyone!

electrocuted and temporary paralysis is odd. could be simply waking up ( cocaine does mess with sleep cycles) followed by stronger than usual hypnic jerks ( the kind of full body spasms one sometimes gets before falling asleep, quite benign) due to the CNS overload ?

as for the pressure headaches the day after, they're likely to be sinus related. Cocaine, and especially cuts used in cocaine can cause occlusion of sinuses and create some kind of pressure of pain, especially if one's sinuses are weak, or weakend by say cigarette smoke or alcohol, which is often linked to cocaine.
friend should try sinus washes with a little baking soda and salt in sterile / boiled / saline solution, using an eyedropper or a neti vessel, coupled with something mild for the pain like ibuprophen or equivalents.
and of course, cocaine purification techniques, such as LeJunk's or others that can be accessed using the TEK and Purity thread prefixes in the cocaine forum.

Wow. SWIM was about to post about this exact thing. SWIM had been using everyday for about 2 weeks (sensible amounts, he tells me, never any more than 1/2 gram a day). And then suddenly stopped on Tuesday. Last night he kept waking up because of these painless but irritating spasms that he says feel like harmless electrocutions pulsing through his body. Lasting no more than a second or two. This made sleep very difficult for him, but eventually they stopped. The next day (today), SWIM began to experience a milder version late afternoon whilst at work - and continues to do so even now. He says even the act of moving his eyes left or right triggers it. Very very strange. Again, he's not touched it since Tuesday.

SWIM has been a cola user for about 1 year and has never had this before. His cola has always come from the same source.

Anything like SWIY's experience?

Re: Hello Everyone!

SWIY could be a hypochondriac ? or just imagining things ? SWIM's been doing coke for a year + now and never experienced anything like that before. SWIY should try different yeyo from someone else or, just stop using it all together. Perhaps the purification of SWIY coke could help aswell.

Re: Hello Everyone!

SWIM still hasn't touched coke for 3 weeks and is experiencing these 'shocks' daily. often at specific times; early morning, early-late evening. SWIM is pretty sure it's not the coke but a medication he has been taking for a while. case dismissed.
