Indonesia's Constitutional Court has approved the death penalty for several members of the so-called Bali Nine group of drug runners - including six Australians.
The court has ruled that executing drug smugglers does not breach the constitution, rejecting a bid to challenge the law by three of the Australians who are on death row.
The Bali Nine were caught trying to smuggle heroin out of Bali in 2005.
They had argued that the death penalty was unconstitutional because the constitution guarantees the right to life.
They now have only one more option - an appeal to the Supreme Court, which has already upheld their death sentences.
