pertaining to fentanly patches?

so SWI've got a 75 patch. SW'Im a pretty experienced opiate user i guess. SWI've used oxycontin regularly for a few months, every 3-5 days or so, at least forty sometimes more than eight mgs each time. SWI've tried china white once before too, a pretty significant amount for a first timer so ive heard, three lines in about 2 hours. but still SWI'm a bit pensive about using thus patch thing due to the differing opinions SWI've heard about it. so SWIi would like to know the best way to go about doing this. how much to use at first, the most effective way and the safest way to do it without od'ing. help SWIme out here guys!

Maybe it is just SWIM but it would help if SWIY could be a little bit more precise when asking SWIY question.

SWIM also has some 75 patches. He put one on a few hours ago and has a mild opiate buzz, mostly sedation. SWIM has the mylan patches and is just wearing one so he can attempt to sublingually take it after it's been "used". Safest way would probably be to just place on the patch. SWIM wouldn't recommend using the patches to anyone after what he has read, especially to opiate newbies. SWIM has somewhat decent tolerance to opiates(70mg hydrocodone gives him a nice opiate buzz, 40mg is a nice buzz for oxycodone, 310mg is a nice buzz for codiene). Some threads will show you how to take out the gel from certain patches(a kind SWIM is unlucky enough to not have). And others will give simple advice on eating them "safely". Also holding it under the tongue, or inbetween the cheecks may be appropriate for SWIY. SWIM would need some more info on tolerance and how SWIM wants to take it to give more specific advice(or real advice). Just read around on specific threads with comprehensive info.
