SWIL got some BZP powder and started filling up some gel caps with it around 100-115 mg a capsule. The capsule has a lot more space to be filled so SWIL searched the house and found a lotof things he forgot he had:

This is SWIL first choice, as it seems a mix 100 mg BZP and 100 mg Picamilon fits well and piamilon seems to have harm reduction properties and a calming effect so it could help with BZP negative effects and add something to the high.

Kind of smart herb-adaptogen, it's said to have activity in serotonin and dopamine receptors.

Any ideas? Any possible bad interactions? SWIL is looking for this:

1. Harm Reduction.
2. Help BZP negative effects (jitters, edgyness).
3. Help comedown and possible hangover.
4. Add something to the high.

SWIL stimates that he could fill the capsules with 100 mg more of powder which I know is pretty limiting depending of density of each powder.

The combination of BZP with Kanna (an SSRI) could possibly be dangerous.

Also St Johns Wort, which maybey an MAOI, SSRI or both.

I have always failed to find any article or study made on mesembrine ssri properties
other than a petent document not very specific, do you have any more info?

Recent studies suggest mesembrine is a PDE4 inhibitor in the same fashion of a pharm called rolipram:

What is the point of adding St Johns Wort?

SWIM has nothing against it's use but it really isn't a good herb (or extract) to use in combination let alone in multiple drug/herb combinations.

It interacts in a clinically significant way with a lot of compounds.

Serotonin syndrome being one possibility. But ignoring the more serious interactions with known drugs it induces certain liver enzymes which just complicates things unnecesarily.

Careful w/ st johns wort. SWIM worked at a neutrceutical company and encapsulated st johns wort for a fews days in a row... You would be surprised how much this stuff will mess you up!

SWIM has tryed SJW himself, it probably isn't a good thing to mess around. SWIM filled the caps with 50 mg picamilon + 100 mg BZP 2HCl.

SWIM wanted to clarify himself. SJW messes you up in a bad way. Not a good one. SWIM says his experience was crazy bad. He means to say dont mess with it.

SWIM suffered a bad skin reaction from St. John's Wort. On the other hand, piperazines seem to help her dermatitis, perhaps due to antibacterial properties.

What kind of reaction? Hypersensibility sp? to light?

SWIM has been mixing Bzp with picamilon and b vitamine blend.


250 mg BZP + 50 mg picamilon + 100 mg b vitamine blend. Hard to tell if it helps or improves BZP experience.

BZP has little effect on SWIM now, uping the dose to 250 mg and still only mild effects. I guess BZP in not a strong stimulant.

The tread is old but SWIM wants to share what he uses as a piperazine party pill if he does. The ones SWIM could buy over the counter always made SWIM feel sick after a while, so he did some experiments and developed the combination that works perfect for him.

SWIM always uses BZP + TFMPP + Theophyline in a ratio 2/1/0.5 mixed with multi-vitamin blend filled in capsules
SWIM never had any problems with hangovers or heavy side effects only a slight headache the day after thats easy to handle with a couple of Aspirins..

SWIM thinks most people dont like piperazines because they tried the wrong combinations / doses that vary very widely from person to person.

Also BZP and Methylone mix very well
