Smoking - physical reactions after smoking Crack

Swim has a friend that really gets tweeked out after a hit of crack...
Twitching, fidgeting, eyes buck, sweating, etc.

What makes some people do this after a hit, and others do not?

From what SWIM understands...


Its mostly about moderation. SWIM KNOWS that he will tweak out totally if he smokes too much to fast. Sometimes people cant help themselves, and their is the rub with crack.

Conversely if a guy takes a hit and then chills... then after a while like 10-15 min takes another, should be no problem. "should" being the operative word.

SWIM's body temp rises creating sweat, she gets "trash can eyes" (huge pupils) and her voice is altered enough that if she wants to remain discreet she needs to keep her mouth shut (easier said than done). Despite moderation, lengthy time between hits, SWIM finds that the time from "high" to "tweaked" is way faster than with coke.
