Poppy Pods

SWIM has recently recieved 20 dried tasmanian pods. SWIM made some tea by warming crushed pods over the stove and straining and then repeating the process again. Just out of curiosity how many pods do SWIY use? SWIM is worried about dosage and he can weigh the pods first if that would be better.
