i used to smoke marijuana a lot just about everyday for a yr or so. i quit for about a month then when i started smokin again i became such a lightweight! i always thought it would be great (cuz i would be able to make an 8th last a LONG time) but i take 4-5 hits and im so fucked up. i can barely smoke a bowl anymore i get twitchy and my heart just starts racing and i get scared. im beginning to not enjoy weed anymore and im young does anyone know what causes this or what i can do to eliminate these probs? i believe there was another post in the forum like this somewhere and i cant find it again. thanks everyone

I had something similar, i usedto get totally wrecked mostnights untill it stoped making me feel good. I stoped for awhile and when i started smoking again i didnt like the feeling at all if i got wasted, so ijust did a couple of bowls less and worked my way up again.

For me, coffee made the twitch factor worse. It may
also have something to do with lactic acid in
muscles from working out because strained
muscles would become irritated to where I needed
to strech them out.

I hope it gets better for you. It has not for me. I do
miss it, and I had some GREAT smoke.

If you do come across a remedy, please post it here
to spread the word and help others.

Used to happen to me, either smoke more or less, (this used to happen sometimes when i smoked too little, or too much)
