I just read a post for X in school and it got me thinking. Swim is struggling with alg2 /w trig and swim thought that maybe that MDMA would help swim get a deeper train of thought or even a greater understanding of the dull math class. swim grade in alg2 is at a low 70 and the rest of swim classes are streight 95's. swims daddy has also promised to buy him a sports car if he gets all a's and swim is asking for a 350 z. so swim is going frantic with this problem and is looking for a new edge in math. Swim is fighting a loseing battle and is feeling despared. has swiy has had a profound life changing experence with math on mdma?

Get a tutor. I can understand feeling desperate to try anything, but MDMA for learning math? Of the many ways SWIMs life may have been transformed by MDMA, this is not one of them. Keerp plugging away and remember that snazzy car at the end of the rainbow. If you need help, really...get a tutor...personalized instruction with the right person combined with hard work will get you there.

a friend of swim's once tried mdma to study, ended up going for a walk to look at stuff when he realized his memory was only a few seconds longer than his attention span =D the test didn't turn out very well to say the least... If anything is going to help swiy study, it'd be amphetamines; dexadrine, adderall/amphetamine and desoxyn/meth and most definitely at doses lower than needed to get swiy "high". Amphetamines are to learning what mdma is to life; you'll get into stuff and replace joy and passion with insight and detail, not to mention its massive increase on memory. Its a tradeoff swim wouldn't want to take daily, but every now and then it works out pretty well

SWIM agrees with the above poster: amphetamine would be the drug of choice for studying. You can probably get it legally prescribed for this reason.

I agree that a good tutor/teacher is the path to follow. Usually the problem with learning a subject is a lousy teacher. That's why there are so few scientists kicking about. I failed 7th grade chemistry. Why? I already knew the subject material and the squirrel-faced neophyte hated my guts and made an example of me every chance he got! If I was sick - he'd give me an 'F' for a test. The math teacher was worse.

Get a good tutor and learn to enjoy a subject that had made you want to yank your hair out by the roots. It works!

Swim is already doing 150mgs of amp just to stay awake in that class. Primo connection swim has 50mgs for xxxxxxx but it usually ends in him getting written up for being a class clown... amps make swim think of the smugest, meanest, and most sarcastic shit that is just way to funny not to say and always ends up really pisses off his teachers. its not like the mdma is a waste either swim get 10 packs for xxxxxxx. xxxxxxxxx sports car > xxxxxxxxxx. all in all swim will bring home his alg2 book, his t3 calculator, start jiggin balls, and cram for a test swim knows he will bomb. If swim fails Then he will consider a tutor. For some reason swim wants to get this grade with no additonal help b/c he knows he is capable of doing it himself b/c everyone know that swim is truly the shit

swiy is probably taking far too much amphetamine to create the focus required to do work and is instead stimulating to the point of focus impossibility - I'd recommend for swiy to turn the amps down a notch to a level creating memory and focus, but avoiding the whole sarcastic commentary-- and despite your hope to avoid it, following the advice of those who suggested a tutor, as clearly being in class on drugs isn't enough to get swiy interested (I'm assuming this is highschool, where its far more fun to mess around during class than a lecture in university where swim finds amps help so much)

anyway, on the note of mdma for class here-> it 'will' create a love for connections and the world, it almost definitely will not create a love with a class past the associations between it and how swiy felt on the drug; I'm very sure there will be things like the people in class that will take priority (for all swiyour love) over the work in mention while swiy is on mdma. It will also (as I pointed out before) create an attention span and memory that makes the idea of learning laughable, and it will very likely have mild memory reduction for a week or two following even if swiy doesn't get the depression, the very chance of this would make me think its not worth it--

if swiy really wants something beyond amphetamine, piracetam makes abstract thinking more easily done + increases memory and is rather cheap/available online. Again though, its starting to sound like a tutor would be quite a bit of help- swim actually had a similar experience with the dislike of algebra + terrible teachers back in highschool and found the one on one learning with a tutor really helped him care enough to get the course finished (and get a good mark) and of course tutor < sports car, and failing != sports car... so =D not to mention, like Panthers007(nag??) stated, its more about the prof here than swiy very likely --

btw, feel free to pm if swiy (or even you) have any basic questions about algebra that'll get things flowing-- I can ask swim, and he's been doing fantastically in uni alg. Either way though, good luck!
