Help. Best nootropic for my case? (ADHD)

Hello. I've been thinking about experimenting with nootropics form my ADHD.
What I've heard from other people with ADHD, they have something different from what I have so I'll explain what is that I want to fix and I'd appreciate some suggestions.

Seldom my brain is ready to think. I have to be "in the mood" for thinking and concentrating, when that's the case I can work, but when it's not, and that is almost all the time, I can't.
I also have something called racing brain syndrome. That means that I can't stop thinking, making random dialogs in my head.
That makes impossible to concentrate in one thing and to take my time with something.
Usually when I have the brain power to think and concentrate I have too much, which is counterproductive. I also get hyperactive and have problems staying in my chair and complete the task.
I've seen doctors but they aren't helpful at all.

¿any suggestions?

Re: Help. Best nootropic for my case?

From the scant info you provide, it would not be very easy to offer assistance... (racing brain syndrome eh???) What you describe is something similar to my own. That said, take this with a grain of salt//// SWIM says that he got totally off meds (Zoloft/Wellbutrin) by smoking Salvia....!!! Worked for me, anyway.... Remember {Your mileage can and probably will vary}------------

Re: Help. Best nootropic for my case?

As far as "effects" from Salvia::: Does that mean the effects from smoking Salvia, or any mental relief for pre-existing conditions such as anxiety issues/depression/etc?????---- As for "effect"...Well. all Swim can say is read the zillions of reports that abound if you wish to know what effects Salvia has on those that smoke the herb..... If, on the other hand, you are asking about relief from psychological issues/depression/anxiety.... All Swim can tell you is that Salvia seems to act upon 'ole Swim just like what the doctors try to say they expect a person to benefit if they use anti-deppresant/SSRI's such as Zoloft-Wellbutrin, etc.... By that. Swim means that he has gotten totally off meds, has a great outlook on life, no depression.panic attacks, blues, inner dialouge issues, etc.... Sure, everyone is different, but Salvia is a flat out wonder-drug for Swim.....!!!!! BTW, what does the other poster use to back up his claim that Salvia has no medically benefical aspects, as relates to depression etc.... Seems such a broad based opinion oughta be supported by some type of reality based assertion!!!!!!!!!!-------------------
