How much water is needed for this? Is there anything specific to concerta that i would need to do with it? I know that my pet rat has to get it out of the first two shells and crush it up realy well, but is there anything specific that he should do? He only has 1cc pins used for shooting heroin, which is done fairly frequently, should he try to get a bigger needle? thanks.
sereously concerta is the worst pill to shoot. swim would shoot tylenol before he shot concerta. if you hit a concerta with a hammer it will mush flat and it does not dissolve in water. if swim is real desprate to get messed up suck off the coating and there will be to colors underneath the white side is MPH and the rest is mousture expanding stuff to push out the mph. then this chunk can be smoked like a rock. its not alot better than shooting it though. dont even try that crap.

it was a few years back, but read those two articles if you so desire and decide for yourself if SWIM is pulling your chain. It's only your health at stake.
P.S. - Swim snorted the stuff for years and couldn't have been happier with the high this produces, it does burn about as bad as meth but for longer.
SWIM has injected concerta with pretty fun effects. The point is to peel of the covers, then take the part which has methylphenidate in it, crush it and shoot it. You can't really filter that stuff becouse it will allways become gooey stuff, and allso you will have to push kinda hard to get the stuff into ur veins... Alltough it does seem kinda stupid and probably is, it will get u high, allso after injecting a couple, ur veins might become kinda swollen... SWIM once had an adverse effect after injecting the ritalin part of the insides and a part of the cover... sorta like cotton fewer, but it went away faster... might have been due to other factors as well, but don't inject the covers!
swim iv'ed methylphenidate a couple weeks ago and for the few days following the left side of his body practically stopped working, swim couldn't walk without looking like a fucking monster or the hunchback , or that creepy old man you see limping around with binoculars checkin out little kids.
Put simply. Swim highly advises against iving concerta because this is the form of methylphenidate swim used.. the gooey fucking cum looking mess thats left in the spoon should have been enough to stop swim, but curiosity killed the cat, swims a dawg tho so he got through it
P.s just chewed 4, 18mg concerta for work. THis is the best way to ingest concertas.

That seems distinctly like the symptoms of a stroke or transient-ischemic attack! Did it go away, was there numbness, a loss of muscle tone and difficulty moving the effected part of the body? Sounds like SWI-matt had some sort of embolism caused by all the gunk in the pills (insoluble fillers, binders and the like) travel to his brain, causing the symptoms. This is really serious!
From what SWI-Mortis was saying about the pills becoming goopy, hard to inject and impossible to filter (which BTW was an incredibly stupid thing to inject!) it seems likely that there would be all sorts of nasty insoluble crap in the syringe that could cause it, you could have easily been left paralysed or brain damaged for life, even dead. Hopefully this will serve as a warning to others

If swiy is even asking these questions, the best thing for them to do would be to throw the pills in the toilet, flush, and stick the needles in the trash can. Then swiy can commend themselves for saving their own life.

swim thinks that swiy needs to go to the hospital, he was reading that reference in the post about this one, and blot clotting is a side effect from injecting this stuff. swiys sudden ailment sounds A LOT like a stroke!!! swim wouldn't risk it, he would have been to the emergency room a long time ago, dont risk it, this clot may be else where in his body, and this could happen again.
