can anyone identify some of these ingredients ? i know quite a bit about nutritional supps but some of these seem ...well.. made up. this was tookin from a post in 01 on another site. IPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE sounds like dramamine

Are the now legal "Alternatives" such as Somatize, Solar Water, Serenity 2. when taken with E give the same effects as G or renewtrients give? the ingredients in the new "Alternatives" are IPHENHYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE 50MG,VIT C 600 MG.

SWIM thinks its probably diphenhydramine which is a first generation (drowsy) antihistamine.

From looking @ those ingredients it looks as though the manufacturers as trying to simulate certain aspects inherent to GHB.

Drowsiness: Diphehydramine, melatonin, 5-htp
Growth Hormone/similar type supposed (GHB) effects: IGF-1
Increased libido: Horny Goat weed, argine
+general health supplement ingredients

It might similulate some of the effects as written on paper, drowsiness, hormone, increased libido - subjectively it won't be anything like GHB.
