Drying Mushrooms with Heat
swim has recently went shroom hunting in the cow field, and got a fair amount of shrooms.
they were left to dry over night and then swim dried about a quarter if the shrooms collected in the oven at about 100 degrees. left in there for about 2 hours, and they came out cracker dry. swim was just making sure they wouldn't spontaneously combust, or burn, or something of that nature. (exaggerating, but was just a test) but swim's question is, is this bad for the mushrooms? will it lower the effects at all? is one burning away the psilocybin and psilocin from the magic mushrooms?? because swim found this to be very quick and effective method but if this is killing the trip, then will wait the time needed to do it right.
