The amount of LSD in a hit would not have a taste on blotter.

swim must have gotten something else then. because swim could taste chemical like substances (like licking ex powder but not that strong) and on another hit from the same person, swim couldnt taste anything.

People SWIM knows have always described a "battery acid" taste in their mouths about 30 minutes into it.

LSD should NOT make a bitter taste at all
even when tasting the pure chemical the amount needed to even taste it would be a good load
If swim tastes a blotter that is metallic then spit it out (unless you like DOx chemicals and like 12-20 hour trips) cause you don't have LSD my friend.

A friend of a friend once told me a good way to test for LSD on the spot when you're at a place like a music festival where's there's a lot "paper" being passed off for LSD. He said when you're buying a sheet to ask if you can break off a dose and put it in a drop of water (about neutral PH) and then test the drop with Litmus (PH) paper. He usually uses blue Litmus paper, which turns red when it touches something below about 4.5 PH level (acidic). That's always worked for him. He also told me that a standard sheet of LSD is 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 inches. A dose is 1/4 by 1/4 inch.

The measurements are "correct" - in so far as there is no "standard" but the most common perf plate used is 7 1/2" X 7 1/2" .

As to the "Acidity test" - makes no sense that the turtle can think of. Never really thought about the ph of raw LSD before- but considering one is probably talking 100 or less micrograms can't see that having any noticeable effect on a quantity of water.

A friend of a friend came across some white unperf. He put it under a blacklight, but neither the paper nor the substance on it emitted any distinguishable glow.

Upon ingestion, he claimed that it was definitely LSD. There was no bitter taste, and he was completely down in 11/12 hours. LSD body high felt similar to his other trips.

Are there different types of blacklights?

Hmm, a blacklight should be a blacklight as far as turtle knows. Long time since hes tried such a thing but if memory serves (and it may very well not ) but he thinks white background is the hardest to distinguish lsd from paper.
