Canada's Health Minister announced an upcoming Conservative Party tough-on-drugs policy and $64 million in drug enforcement funding. They want to increase the war on cannabis users specifically. Global National News came by the Cannabis Culture Headquarters on Sunday morning and talked to Marc Emery about the governing party's announcement and anti-marijuana ideology.
