Hppd?

Swim is unsure if he has hppd. In August swim took 3 grams of some pretty good mushrooms, the most visual he's ever had. He woke up the next day and was fine. Then in late september swim took about 350 mgs of dxm. several weeks later he began to notice trails when things would move and more visual static that would sometimes turn into recognizeable shapes/ objects, though not terribly vivid. there are a few other minor less noticeable visual distortions that swim is not sure how to describe.
Swim's memory and attention span has been getting noticeably worse since before he ate the mushrooms. he often has a lack of emotion or sometimes gets some random emotion for a few minutes. lately he has experienced some mild thought insertion that seemingly comes from an outside source.
swim is not sure if he has hppd or if some dormant mental problem has been aggravated. any information would be much appreciated. Thanks.

The residual trailing sounds like hppd. Other signs would be faint patterning or things moving out of the corner of swiy's eye, etc. As far as the mental/emotional effects, these are a bit trickier, and swim's not sure what to think of them. She will do a bit more research and ask her SO. In the meantime, a forum search may prove beneficial.
