Codeine or Norcos??

Hey everyone!! Swim has a question for all. Swim has the 300 mg-30 mg of codeine. Swim also has Norcos 5/325. Swim was wondering which one to take and with the codeine how much should one try? Swim has been on norco for about 10 months so swim knows how norco feels. Thanks for the replies!

I think you should try CWE aobut 150mg-200mg worth of codeine for your first time.
