Vaporizing Oil Pipe

Will smoking opium out of an oil pipe work? An oil pipe is just a meth pipe. Thanks.

It's possible, but swim thinks a standard marijuana bowl type pipe would be more efficient. A primate could just put the ball of opium on the edge of the bowl and light it with a torch lighter. It helps to get it pretty hot. Use a paper clip to keep the opium from clogging the hole.

Swims almost positive this subject has already been discussed in the pharmacology section nevertheless it is a fact that vaporization allows for more effective absorption of said substance. Smoking can sometimes destroy a substance like cocaine hcl. It can be efficiently vaporized though.

True, one wouldn't want to put a flame to cocaine hcl anyway, considering the fact that cocaine freebase vaporises much more easily.

I have never tried to vaporize opium. I have read an article where someone succesfully vaporized opium by using the popular tinfoil "canoe" method. He just put his opium chunk on the tinfoil, put the flame under the foil beneath the ball of opium and used a straw to inhale the vapors. He had to follow the O as it runs away from the heat. If by an oil pipe one means an "ice" pipe such as what is used for CrystalMeth then the answer would be yes. That kind of pipe is probably the most effective type of pipe one can use for such a procedure, even more so than foiling or even the old "genuine" style opium pipes. http://the.honoluluadvertiser.com/da...100383H3_b.jpg
That is the same as what SWIM uses and has done with a home made one from blown glass for almost on 12 to 14 years now. (One wonders whom was credited with the invention of such a device as he has had his for a LONG time).
