yeah swim has a friend who goes to mexico once a year and buys massive amounts of painkillers and benzos over the counter and gets blasted 24/7 while there. he even brought some back

SWIM wouldn't doubt it. swim was actually just down in mexico city, swim did get muscle relaxers without scripts but swim guarentees that in the outskirts of mexico anything is obtainable.

I believe Denmark has decriminalized all drugs, if not there somewhere nearby in the Netherlands... interestingly enough, the statistics show a DECREASE in the crime rate... imagine that?

fucking uk is so up there own asses when it comes to drugs, there is that police chief in the paper at the mo saying all drugs should be leagalized as this will reduce crime as there are so so many drug related crimes.

He's obviously right that copper. Less drugs getting to the street means poorer quality and addicts having to rob more houses for cash as they need to buy more to maintain their habits.

But the hysterical reaction to his statement in the media from supposedly sane people has bordered on the hilarious (if it wasn't symptomatic of something so depressing).

It's weird how all rationality and objectivity is allowed to be thrown out the window when it comes to the public debate on drugs, in a way that just wouldn't be accepted in the discussion of any other subject.

I listened to one particular radio interview where a famous TV gardener was talking about a project he'd been involved in where he was getting bottom-of-the-pile junkies involved in community gardening to try and give them a bit of a purpose in life beyond smack.

The interviewer commented that he'd been surprised to learn that so many of these junkies had several kids of their own because they all looked so young.

The gardener (Monty Don for those that watch UK TV) said that, yeah, apparently doctors had told him that heroin use can actually slow down some of the aging processes, and that smack addicts quite often look younger than their years.

You could practically hear the interviewer having a fit. What if people all rush out and buy heroin to retain their youthful complexions!?! As a result of my show!!!! So he responded by saying (and these were his exact words), "Yes, but it's important to remember that it gives you abscesses and you often have to have your limbs removed."

Un-be-lievable.

OK piss-poor injection technique & practices and some dreadful luck might, potentially, lead you down that road. But had he said something as fundamentally inaccurate, ill-informed and basically stupid on any other topic he'd have been conducting his last interview.

People are so afraid.

Swiy could get pretty much everything in south east Azia and swim thinks south America. Swim has been to thailand 3 times and nothing was a problem. Best thing to do is get a local to help you.

In Ireland codeine is available over the counter as Nurefon plus. A cold water extraction is advised to seperate it from the ibuprofen.

Swim knows that codine is also legal over the counter in Canada only 8mg of codine. with 300mg actetomphen and 15mg of caffine yet also swiy can do a CWE (cold water extraction) to get the pure codine.

Swim means that in south east Azia swiy can buy all sorts over the counter no need for prescription!! The only thing needed is money. Swim has only been to Thailand but he heard that other country's in south east Azia are the same.

That only counts for possesion of small amounts, up to a gram or so, if one get's caught with an ounce of heroin, one would be going to jail for a long time. And decriminilisation doesn't mean one can get opioids without a prescription, it's pretty hard to get a prescription for strong opioids in any western European country. Both in Denmark and the Netherlands.

Opium (which is very low grade) can be be bought in the temple town of Puri in India in the ganga shops. Not sure the police would uphold your 'right' to have it though, should they know!
