pills that say B/146. what are these?

Hello. My friend SWIM has recently come across some small white pills that have a horizontal line across them, with a "B" on top of the line, and the number "146" on the bottom of the line. Before my friend takes one of these, he would like to know exactly what he would be taking. Does anyone know what these are? And how many are safe to take at once, and in a day? Thanks a lotttt

google my friend. also its not an opiate its a heart medication, similar to digoxin.

so basically my friend got ripped off? purchased morphine and got heart medication...

yeah that's it. the guy was very distinguished looking and gave me his name too.. which i checked with other people around the place when i went back to try and find him and get a refund (I didnt find him) and they know him by name... would u suggest i call the police and tell them he sold my friend heart medication as morphine? i mean is there a way to do that without having to get questioned etc etc

it would be best to count your loses and move on. you dont want to be labled as a snitch and the cops would ask you for the pills and if swiy handed them the pills swiy would be under arrest for posesion of a prescription medication without a doctors recommendation.

calling the cops would be the dumbest thing you could do, when people rip you off they plan on never seeing you again so the chances of you ever seeing this guy again are very slim
